What’s included in each nail box?

Each box includes press-on nails in various sizes, adhesive tabs or nail glue, a mini nail file, and a wooden stick.

How long do press-on nails last?

Recommended wear time is 7 to 14 days. Nails applied with glue typically last longer than those applied with adhesive tabs.

Are press-on nails reusable?

Yes, if applied with adhesive tabs and properly cleaned after removal, press-on nails can be reused.

How do I choose the right nail size?

For sets with 30 or 24 nails, simply compare the nail tips to your natural nails and select the best-fitting size. For sets with 10 nails, we provide detailed size measurements on the product page. Please check your nail sizes before purchasing to ensure a proper fit.

What should I do if a nail falls off?

Clean your natural nail and the back of the press-on nail, then reapply using a fresh adhesive or glue to secure it properly.

Can I trim or file press-on nails?

Yes, you can trim or file the nails to better suit your nail shape and length preference.

Are press-on nails damaging to natural nails?

No, as long as they are applied correctly, worn for a reasonable time, and removed gently, they won’t harm your natural nails.

Why does the product I received look slightly different from the pictures or description on the website?

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are as accurate and clear as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to the following reasons:
Some of our products are handmade, and different production batches may show minor differences in color, pattern, or detailing.
Display settings on monitors or mobile devices, along with various lighting conditions, may cause color variations.
While we make every effort to provide accurate and reliable information, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, images, or content are entirely error-free or perfectly consistent.

What is the status of my order?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a notification with tracking information.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly after being placed, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you notice an error (such as item, quantity, or shipping address), please email us as soon as possible at info@sodoesnail.com with your order number and correct details. We’ll do our best to help.
Please note that once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled. In that case, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to request a reroute. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect address information.

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s still missing, confirm that your email address was entered correctly and contact customer support for assistance.

What should I do if I received the wrong item or something is missing?

We’re very sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include a photo and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as soon as possible.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Sorry, only one discount code or gift card code can be applied per order.

Can I combine a discount code with a promotional offer?

In most cases, discount codes cannot be combined with promotional pricing. If a special promotion allows stacking, it will be clearly stated in the promotion details.

Shipping Information

In the early stages of our brand, all packages are shipped via USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
While most packages arrive on time, USPS shipping does not guarantee exact delivery dates, and the estimated delivery time does not include order processing time. All orders are shipped on business days only. We’re unable to process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, as USPS services are not available during those times.
Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping. For details about current free shipping offers, please refer to the checkout page.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including city, state, zip code, and apartment number (if applicable). Double-check for any abbreviations, typos, or misspellings, as incorrect information may cause delivery issues and the package may be returned to us. If your order is returned due to address errors, we’ll do our best to re-ship it. However, if we’re unable to contact you and confirm a corrected address within 7 business days, your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Missing / Lost Packages, Damaged or Stolen Items

All orders are shipped exclusively via USPS, and we are unable to offer alternative shipping methods. Once your package has been handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit. We do not offer replacements or refunds for items lost, stolen, or damaged by USPS. In such cases, please reach out directly to your local USPS office to file a claim and resolve the issue.

Return & Refund Policy

We allow returns within 14 days of receiving your order, but only under specific conditions: Refunds are only permitted if the item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect. All returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. To prevent fraud, refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase from SO DOES NAILAS, you may return the product in its original condition. Once it arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be issued. Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
